Our whole municipality is very pleased that Sand in Taufers won the European Village Renewal Award competition 2008. We all are aware that this is just the beginning and that our efforts have to continue. The award gives us one reason more to do our best for getting constantly better. The award presentation will be at Koudum (Netherlands) on 26.09.2008. Our mayor Helmuth Innerbichler will travel with a delegation to the Netherlands to accept the award.
